2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2011-10-28	Get rid of the old romstage-as-bootblock ROM layout	Patrick Georgi
	This change removes CONFIG_TINY_BOOTBLOCK, CONFIG_BIG_BOOTBLOCK, and all their uses, assuming TINY_BOOTBLOCK=y, BIG_BOOTBLOCK=n. This might break a couple of boards on runtime, but so far, fixes were quite simple. There's a flag day: Code that relies on CONFIG_TINY_BOOTBLOCK must be adapted.
