2017-04-26amd/pi/hudson: Move ACPI IO registersMarc Jones
Move the ACPI IO registers from 0x800 to 0x600 to avoid the IO space required by the Google EC, also at 0x800. This shouldn't have any conflicts on other AMD systems. 2017-03-07amd/pi/hudson: Add early SPI setupMarshall Dawson
Add some generic functions that can configure the SPI interface to have faster performance. Given that the hudson files are used across many generations of FCHs, make sure to refer to the appropriate BKDG or RRG before using the functions. Notable differences: * Hudson 1 defines read mode in CNTRL0 differently than later gens * Hudson 1 supports setting NormSpeed in Cntr1 but Hudson3 allows setting FastSpeed as well * Kabini, Mullins, Carrizo and Stoney Ridge contain a "new" SPI100 controller Original-Signed-off-by: Marshall Dawson <marshalldawson3rd@gmail.com> Original-Reviewed-by: Marc Jones <marcj303@gmail.com> (cherry picked from commit 1922d6f424dcf1f42e2f21fb7c6d53d7bcc247d0) Change-Id: Id12440e67bc575dbe4b980ef1da931d7bfae188d Signed-off-by: Marc Jones <marcj303@gmail.com> Reviewed-on: https://review.coreboot.org/18442 Tested-by: build bot (Jenkins) Reviewed-by: Kyösti Mälkki <kyosti.malkki@gmail.com>

2015-11-24AMD/bettong: Add UART supportZheng Bao
The function delay in uart8250mem.c is not enough for hudson. I guess there are some problems in lapic_timer(). I uploaded a patch to gerrit to show the way to enable UART feature. http://review.coreboot.org/#/c/12343/4 Currently the HUDSON_UART is unchecked by default. Select HUDSON_UART to enable this feature. The UART is test at BIOS stage. Since it is not a standart UART device, the windows internal UART driver doesnt support it. I guess we need a driver to use it on windows. 2015-10-31tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright headerPatrick Georgi
It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 2015-05-21Remove address from GPLv2 headersPatrick Georgi
As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a new lease, but can drop the address instead. util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that we may want to synchronize every now and then. $ find * -type f -exec sed -i "s:Foundation, Inc., 51 Franklin St, Fifth Floor, Boston, *MA[, ]*02110-1301[, ]*USA:Foundation, Inc.:" {} + $ find * -type f -exec sed -i "s:Foundation, Inc., 51 Franklin Street, Suite 500, Boston, MA 02110-1335, USA:Foundation, Inc.:" {} + $ find * -type f -exec sed -i "s:Foundation, Inc., 59 Temple Place[-, ]*Suite 330, Boston, MA *02111-1307[, ]*USA:Foundation, Inc.:" {} + $ find * -type f -exec sed -i "s:Foundation, Inc., 675 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139, USA.:Foundation, Inc.:" {} + $ find * -type f -a \! -name \*.patch \ -a \! -name \*_shipped \ -a \! -name LICENSE_GPL \ -a \! -name LGPL.txt \ -a \! -name COPYING \ -a \! -name DISCLAIMER \ -exec sed -i "/Foundation, Inc./ N;s:Foundation, Inc.* USA\.* *:Foundation, Inc. :;s:Foundation, Inc. $:Foundation, Inc.:" {} + Change-Id: Icc968a5a5f3a5df8d32b940f9cdb35350654bef9 Signed-off-by: Patrick Georgi <pgeorgi@chromium.org> Reviewed-on: http://review.coreboot.org/9233 Tested-by: build bot (Jenkins) Reviewed-by: Vladimir Serbinenko <phcoder@gmail.com>
2015-03-17southbridge/amd/pi: Enable early I/O decode to LPCDave Frodin
The decode of UART addresses down to the LPC bus needs to occur early to allow romstage console messages to be seen. This enables the decode of most of the I/O ports typically seen in a system.
