To move 3rdparty to 3rdparty/blobs (ie. below itself
from git's broken perspective), we need to work around
it - since some git implementations don't like the direct
approach.

This change switches all SOC vendors and southbridges
to be autoincluded by Makefile.inc, rather than having to be
mentioned explicitly in soc/Makefile.inc or in
soc/<vendor>/Makefile.inc.
This means, vendor and SOC directories are now "drop
in", e.g. be placed in the coreboot directory hierarchy
without having to modify any higher level coreboot files.
The long term plan is to enable out of tree components to be
built with a given coreboot version (given that the API did not
change).

Some boards spread their timer implementation out in multiple files with
one function each for no discernable reason. Let's clean that up to make
things a little simpler to find.

Add GENERIC_UDELAY Kconfig option so that a generic
udelay() implementation is provided utilizing the
monotonic timer. That way each board/chipset doesn't
need to duplicate the same udelay(). Additionally,
assume that GENERIC_UDELAY implies init_timer()
is not required.

This patch aligns exynos5250 to the new SoC header include scheme.
Also alphabetized headers in affected files since we touch them anyway.

Install the BL1 and set up the checksum in the Makefile instead of relying on
post processing. Import the exynos checksum script, split it in two and
simplify it significantly. Stop putting the CBFS header in the midst of the
bootblock so that it can be checksummed before CBFS is put together. Stop
saving space for it and leaving an anchor in the bootblock which nobody looks
for.

The Exynos family and most ARM products are SoC, not just CPU.
We used to put ARM code in src/cpu to avoid polluting the code base for what was
essentially an experiment at the time. Now that it's past the experimental phase
and we're going to see more SoCs (including intel/baytrail) in coreboot.
