Stefan thinks they don't add value.
Command used:

The exceptions are for:
- crossgcc (patch file)

- nvramtool (more complicated header)

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

This multiplication is of the form u64 = u32 * u32. Despite being stored
in a 64 bit variable, the intermediate value is still calculated using
32 bit math, which could possibly overflow. Cast one of the variables to
a u64 to ensure it uses 64 bit math instead to avoid this.

over 3 bytes, so support LONG_WRITE type in driver. Refactor mipi

These values are specified as constant time periods but the PHY
configuration is in terms of the current lane byte clock so using
constant values guarantees that the timings will be outside the
specification with some display configurations.
Derive the necessary configuration from the byte clock in order to
ensure that the PHY configuration is correct.

feedback multiplication Feedback divider is limited to even
division numbers, and Feedback divider must be greater than
12, less than 1000.
2. Make the previously configured Feedback divider(LSB)
