This patch adds Lewisburg C62x Series PCH support by adding the
Production and Super SKUs of the following PCI devices:
- LPC or eSPI Controllers,
- PCI Express Root Ports,
- SSATA and SATA Controllers,
- SMBus,
- SPI Controller,
- ME/HECI,
- Audio,
- P2SB,
- Power Management Controller.
These changes are in accordance with the documentation:

As per EDS Sata port implemented register is byte width (bits[3:0]) hence
converting required DWORD based read/write to BYTE width read/write.
TEST=Able to boot from SATA device on CML hatch.

1. Add new device IDs for SATA, GT and Northbridge to pci_ids.h
2. Add entry to identify CFL U GT and CPU to respective files
3. Add entry to identify CFL U to report_platform.c

SATA PCH configuration space registers bit mapping is different
for various SOCs hence common API between SPT-PCH and CNL-PCH causing
issue.
Add new Kconfig option to address this delta between different PCH.

This patch ensures all Intel common PCI devices can
have subsystem ID programmed along with PCI resource
enabling (.enable_resources) as part of PCI enumeration
process.
TEST=Build and boot KBL/CNL/APL/GLK to ensure PCI
subsystem ID getting programmed.
Example:
Enabling resources...
PCI: 00:00.0 subsystem <- 8086/590c
PCI: 00:00.0 cmd <- 06
PCI: 00:02.0 subsystem <- 8086/591e

The bus master needs to be enabled so that
the busy bit in AHCI PORT_TFDATA will be cleared
by controller when depthcharge tries to wait
for sata to complete spin-up during AHCI init.
Otherwise, the timeout will happen and cause
5 seconds delay in depthcharge.
