src/northbridge/amd/pi/00660F01/Kconfig does not exist. Remove the
source statement.
Also, no kconfig files under src/soc/intel/common/basecode/. Clean
that up.

Expand the scope of 'common/basecode' directory to keep common
non-IP code block (like acpi, power limit).

Select all Kconfig belongs into Intel SoC Family basecode/stage files
and include required headers from include/intelbasecode/ files.

TEST=Code is compiling with cannonlake configurations and also booting
on cannonlake RVP.
