While running the s0ix cycling test, we observed SMM Handler caused
a stack overflow. This error happens during event log access.
This change is to increase the SMM_MODULE_STACK size to 0x800

Use CondRefOf to replace config optios for PTS/WAK acpi method dynamic
loading. Then we can move EC PTS and WAK method to be under mainboard.

Initially, I wanted to move only the Kconfig DISPLAY_MTRRS into the
"Debug" menu. It turned out, though, that the code looks rather generic.
No need to hide it in soc/intel/.
To not bloat src/Kconfig up any further, start a new `Kconfig.debug`
hierarchy just for debug options.
If somebody wants to review the code if it's 100% generic, we could
even get rid of HAVE_DISPLAY_MTRRS.

Some embedded controllers expect to be sent a command when the OS
calls the ACPI \_PTS and \_WAK methods. For example see the code
in ec/google/wilco/acpi/platform.asl that tells the EC when the
methods have been executed by the OS.
Not all ECs may define these methods so this change requires also
setting a Kconfig option to enable it.

Make use of the common CF9 reset in SOC_INTEL_COMMON_RESET. Also
implement board_reset() as a "full reset" (aka. cold reset) as that
is what was used here for hard_reset().
Drop soc_reset_prepare() thereby, as it was only used for APL. Also,
move the global-reset logic.
We leave some comments to remind us that a system_reset() should
be enough, where a full_reset() is called now (to retain current
behaviour) and looks suspicious.
Note, as no global_reset() is implemented for Denverton-NS, we halt
there now instead of issuing a non-global reset. This seems safer;
a non-global reset might result in a reset loop.

This patch is intended to make Intel common PCH code based on
Gen-6 Sunrisepoint PCH (SPT).
All common PCH code blocks between Gen-6 till latest-PCH should be
part of soc/intel/common/pch/ directory.
A SoC Kconfig might select this option to include base PCH package
while building new SOC block. Currently majority of
common IP code blocks are part of soc/intel/common/block/ and
SoC Kconfig just select those Kconfig option. Now addition to that
SoC might only selects required base PCH block to include those
common IP block selections.

Apparently Intel had decided to use different clock speeds for
some of its IP blocks in some of its designs. The i2c designware driver
has already been moved into common code allowing for its own Kconfig
value. That currently leaves SPI (UART isn't using the clock currently).
Therefore, remove SOC_INTEL_COMMON_LPSS_CLOCK_MHZ and add
SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_GSPI_CLOCK_MHZ to allow for the different clock
speeds present in the system for the various IP blocks.

Get rid of custom opregion implementation and use drivers/intel/gma/opregion
implementation instead.
Test: boot Windows 10 on google/chell and google/edgar using Tianocore
payload with GOP init, observe Intel graphics driver loaded and functional.

There's nothing intel-specific about the current mrc_cache support.
It's logic manages saving non-volatile areas into the boot media.
Therefore, expose it to the rest of the system for any and all to
use.

In the fast spi support implement the callback for flash_protect().
This removes the need for having SOC_INTEL_COMMON_SPI_FLASH_PROTECT
Kconfig option as well spi_flash_get_fpr_info() and separate
spi_flash.[ch].

The SOC_INTEL_COMMON_LPSS_I2C option is no longer used. Likewise, the
SOC_INTEL_COMMON_LPSS_I2C_DEBUG option which is dependent on
SOC_INTEL_COMMON_LPSS_I2C is by definition not used either. Therefore,
remove SOC_INTEL_COMMON_LPSS_I2C and change the name/dependency
for SOC_INTEL_COMMON_LPSS_I2C_DEBUG to SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_I2C_DEBUG.

Move ADD_VBT_DATA_FILE to "Devices" menu and rename it to
INTEL_GMA_ADD_VBT_DATA_FILE.
Depend on Intel platforms to avoid confusing users of non-Intel platforms.
The Intel GMA driver will use the vbt.bin, if present, to fill the
ACPI OpRegion.

On Intel platforms utilizing the CR50 TPM the interrupts are routed
to GPIOs connected to the GPE blocks. Therefore, provide a common
implementation for tis_plat_irq_status() to reduce code duplication.
This code could be further extended to not be added based on
MAINBOARD_HAS_TPM_CR50, but that's all that's using it for now.

Allow a board/platform to invalidate the normal MRC cache when
hardware retraining is requested in recovery mode. A small 4 byte
payload is used to update the latest data written. It will of course
fail on MRC cache retreival on next usage.

- common code is placed in mma.c and mma.h
- mma_fsp<ver>.h and fsp<ver>/mma_core.c contains
fsp version specific code.

Piggy-back on existing MRC cache infrastructure to store variable MRC data.
Only one set of data can be valid at given point of time. Currently this
magically happens because region alignment is forced to 0x1000 and region
itself is of the same size. This needs to be somehow programmatically
enforced.

FPR is an attribute of the SPI flash component and not of the SPI bus
itself. Rename functions, file names and Kconfig option to make sure
this is conveyed correctly.

1. Re-factor MRC cache driver to properly select RW_MRC_CACHE or
RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE based on the boot mode.
- If normal mode boot, use RW_MRC_CACHE, if available.
- If recovery mode boot:
- Retrain memory if RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE not present, or recovery is
requested explicity with retrain memory request.
- Use RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE otherwise.
2. Protect RW and RECOVERY mrc caches in recovery and non-recovery boot
modes. Check if both are present under one unified region and protect
that region as a whole. Else try protecting individual regions.
3. Update training data in appropriate cache:
- Use RW_MRC_CACHE if normal mode.
- Use RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE if present in recovery mode. Else use
RW_MRC_CACHE.
4. Add proper debug logs to indicate which training data cache is used
at any point.

Write-protect SPI flash range provided by caller by using a free Flash
Protected Range (FPR) register. This expects SoC to define a callback
for providing information about the first FPR register address and
maximum number of FPRs supported.

This patch enables serial debug functionality for ASL code based on
UART type(legacy/LPSS).
From Skylake onwards all Intel platform uses LPSS based UART for serial
console hence provide option to redirect ASL log over LPSS UART.

Quark does not support the rdmsr and wrmsr instructions. In this case
use a SOC specific routine to support the setting of the MTRRs. Migrate
the code from FSP 1.1 to be x86 CPU common.
Since all rdmsr/wrmsr accesses are being converted, fix the build
failure for quark in lib/reg_script.c. Move the soc_msr_x routines and
their depencies from romstage/mtrr.c to reg_access.c.

The nhlt_soc_serialize() and nhlt_soc_serialize_oem_overrides()
functions should be able to be leveraged on all Intel SoCs
which support NHLT. Therefore provide that functionality and
make skylake use it.

Add a generic LPSS I2C driver for Intel SOCs that use the Synopsys
DesignWare I2C block and have a similar configuration of that block.
This driver is ported from the Chromium depthcharge project where it
was ported from U-Boot originally, though it looks very different now.
From depthcharge it has been modified to fit into the coreboot I2C
driver model with platform_i2c_transfer() and use coreboot semantics
throughout including the stopwatch API for timeouts.
In order for this shared driver to work the SOC must:
1) Define CONFIG_SOC_INTEL_COMMON_LPSS_I2C_CLOCK_MHZ to set the clock
speed that the I2C controller core is running at.
2) Define the lpss_i2c_base_address() function to return the base
address for the specified bus. This could be either done by looking
up the PCI device or a static table if the controllers are not PCI
devices and just have a static base address.
The driver is usable in verstage/romstage/ramstage, though it does
require early initialization of the controller to set a temporary base
address if it is used outside of ramstage.
This has been tested on Broadwell and Skylake SOCs in both pre-RAM and
ramstage environments by reading and writing both single bytes across
multiple segments as well as large blocks of data at once and with
different configured bus speeds.
While it does need specific configuration for each SOC this driver
should be able to work on all Intel SOCs currently in src/soc/intel.

Provide default handler for some SMI events. Provide the framework for
extracting data from SMM Save State area for processors with SMM revision
30100 and 30101.
The SOC specific code should initialize southbridge_smi with event
handlers. For SMM Save state handling, SOC code should implement
get_smm_save_state_ops which initializes the SOC specific ops for SMM Save
State handling.

The registers associated with the MTRRs for Quark are referenced through
a port on the host bridge. Support the standard configurations by
providing a weak routines which just do a rdmsr/wrmsr.
Testing:
* Edit the src/mainboard/intel/galileo/Makefile.inc file
* Add "select DISPLAY_MTRRS"
* Add "select HAVE_FSP_PDAT_FILE"
* Add "select HAVE_FSP_RAW_BIN"
* Add "select HAVE_RMU_FILE"
* Place the FSP.bin file in the location specified by CONFIG_FSP_FILE
* Place the pdat.bin files in the location specified by
CONFIG_FSP_PDAT_FILE
* Place the rmu.bin file in the location specified by CONFIG_RMU_FILE
* Testing is successful if:
* The MTRRs are displayed and
* The message "FspTempRamExit returned successfully" is displayed

This patch implements Memory Margin Analysis feature in coreboot.
Few things to note
(1) the feature is enabled by setting CONFIG_MMA=y in the config file
(2) coreboot reads mma_test_metadata.bin from cbfs during romstage and
gets the name of MMA test name and test config name. Then coreboot finds
these files in CBFS.
If found, coreboot passes location and size of these files to FSP via
UPD params. Sets MrcFastBoot to 0 so that MRC happens and then MMA test
would be executed during memory init.
(3) FSP passes MMA results data in HOB and coreboot saves it in cbmem
(4) when system boots to OS after test is executed cbmem tool is used
to grab the MMA results data.

Add common code for filling out the NVS fields that are used by
the ACPI _SWS methods. The SOC must provide a function to fill
out the wake source data since the specific data inputs vary by
platform.

The code in mrc_cache.c doesn't check for the presence of 'mrc.cache',
and just returns hardcoded value for he location of he MRC cache. This
becomes a problem when there is a CBFS file at the same location,
which can get overwritten. A CBFS file is created to cover this region
so that nothing can be added there.
This has the advantage of creating a build time error if another cbfs
file is hardcoded over the same region.
The default location of the MRC cache is also moved to 4G - 128K to
ensure that it defaults to something within CBFS.

The FSP platforms use CACHE_MRC_SETTINGS without setting HAVE_MRC,
which caused a Kconfig warning. Since CACHE_MRC_SETTINGS doesn't really
depend on HAVE_MRC anymore, remove the dependency in Kconfig.
Fixes Kconfig warnings:
warning: (CPU_SPECIFIC_OPTIONS && CPU_SPECIFIC_OPTIONS
&& CPU_SPECIFIC_OPTIONS && CPU_SPECIFIC_OPTIONS)
selects CACHE_MRC_SETTINGS which has unmet direct dependencies

The fsp_ramstage.c code was not taking advantage of the stage
cache which does all the accounting and calculation work for
the caller. Remove the open coded logic and use the provided
infrastructure. Using said infrastructure means there's no
need for the FSP_CACHE_SIZE Kconfig variable. Therefore, remove
it.

Add support for applying write protection to the MRC cache
region in SPI flash.
This is only enabled if there is write protect GPIO that is
set, and the flash status register reports that the flash
chip is currently write protected.
Then it will call out to a SOC specific function that will
enable write protection on the RW_MRC_CACHE region of flash.
The implementation is not quite as clean as I would like because
there is not a common flash protect interface across SOCs so
instead it relies on a new Kconfig variable to be set that will
indicate a SOC implements the function to protect a region of
SPI flash.
