2020-03-15	soc/intel/Kconfig: Avoid specifying dedicated chipset name	Subrata Banik
	This patch ensures all IA chipsets and common Kconfig files are getting included without specifying dedicated chipset names. TEST=Able to compile CML and TGL RVP.
