2016-08-02	google/reef: Add pull up 20K for LPC SERIRQ	Kane Chen
	per hw team's check and info from EDS, this pin needs to be pu 20K. Otherwise SoC may not notice interrupt request from EC over LPC because SERIRQ line is floating. 	The print of size_t can pass upstream jenkins, but fails with CROS_SDK enviornment, "%z" fits for size_t anyway. 2016-05-06	soc/apollolake/lpc: Open I/O to LPC based on resource allocation	Alexandru Gagniuc
	Besides a number of fixed memory windows, Apollolake supports opening a configureable 64 KiB MMIO window, as well as four PMIO windows to the LPC bus. Open up these windows dynamically, based on how resources were allocated to the child LPC devices.
