FSP logo handling used FspsConfig.LogoPtr and FspsConfig.LogoSize which
are chipset specific.
Create soc_load_logo() which will pass the logo pointer and size.
This function will call fsp_load_logo which will load the logo.

Make use of the new ETR address API in the ETR3 register related
functions.
Further, disabling and locking of global reset is now done at once to
save one read-modify-write cycle, thus the function was renamed
accordingly and the now redundant disabling in soc/apl got removed.

The previously provided device path made no difference, all
integrated PCI devices point back to the same chip_info
structure.
Change reduces the exposure of various SA_DEVFN_xx and
PCH_DEVFN_xx from (ugly) soc/pci_devs.h.

The filename chip.h has a special purpose with the generation
of static devicetree, where the configuration structure name matches
the path to the chip.h file. For example, soc/intel/skylake/chip.h
defines struct soc_intel_skylake_config.
The renamed file did not follow this convention and the structure it
defines would conflict with one defined soc/intel/common/chip.h if such
is ever added.

Some timeouts given were too small when serial console is enabled due to
its spinlock making code runtime worse with every AP present.
In addition we usually don't know how long specific code runs and how
long ago it was sent to the APs.
Remove the timeout argument from mp_run_on_all_cpus and instead wait up
to 1 second, to prevent possible crashing of secondary APs still
processing the old job.
Tested on Supermicro X11SSH-TF.

To call dev_find_slot(0, xx) in romstage can produce
invalid results since PCI bus enumeration has not
been progressed yet.
Replace this with method that relies on bus topology
that walks the root bus only.

Clang Static Analyzer found version 8.0.0 gnvs is allocated, but
it is never used. Change sizeof(*gnvs) to sizeof(global_nvs_t)
while adding ACPI GNVS to CBMEM.

Reset GPI Interrupt status and enable registers from ramstage instead of
bootblock so that it applies to devices in field.

A hook for romstage is already existing but not for ramstage.
It's very useful for debugging as it allows to run code
for testing purposes by the mainboard. Also, it allows to
run configuration code or configure FSP options, which
don't have a devicetree option.

The FSP has a parameter to enable or disable the VTD feature
(Intel's Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O). In current header
files for FSP-S (Apollo Lake and Gemini Lake) this parameter is set to
disabled per default. Therefore, if the FSP was not modified via BCT,
this feature is most likely disabled on all mainboards.
Add a chip parameter so that VTD can be enabled on mainboard level in
devicetree and therefore this feature can be activated if needed.

GLK has a dedicated USB2 port that is used specifically for CNVi
BT. This requires that the ACPI tables define an additional USB 2 port
which results in _ADR for USB 3 ports being different for GLK than
APL.
This change splits the ports in xhci.asl into APL and GLK specific
ports.asl and selects the appropriate file based on
CONFIG_SOC_INTEL_GLK. It also adds support for returning HS09 for GLK
if ACPI name is requested for that port.

The SoC has an Image Processing Unit which is located on PCI 00:03.0.
There is a corresponding parameter for FSP which handles
enabling/disabling of this functionality (IpuEn). Add this device to
the disable_dev() function of the chip so that if this device is
disabled in devicetree the matching FSP parameter will be disabled as
well. As this parameter is only valid for Apollo Lake, use the config
switch CONFIG_SOC_INTEL_GLK to disable this code if compiled not for
Apollo Lake. As this issue is regarding a missing structure member,
this check needs to be done on preprocessor level and not at runtime.
Test=Verified this function on mc_apl2.

It was observed system suspend/resume failure while running

value to mitigate the failure.

Sync the FSP settings with what coreboot does. Why both FSP and coreboot
configure this redundantly stays a secret.
TEST=Set SERIRQ_CONTINUOUS on kontron/mal10. A CPLD connected to LPC
works correctly now, but was confused by the wrong settings before
because the FSP defaults allowed to disable the LPC clock.

This change disables HECI1 device at the end of boot sequence. It uses
the P2SB messaging to disable HECI1 device before hiding P2SB and
dropping privilege level.

PmicPmcIpcCtrl for PMC to program PMIC PCH_PWROK delay from default

Its spreading copies got out of sync. And as it is not a standard header
but used in commonlib code, it belongs into commonlib. While we are at
it, always include it via GCC's `-include` switch.
Some Windows and BSD quirk handling went into the util copies. We always
guard from redefinitions now to prevent further issues.

The eMMC maximum speed is set to HS400 mode per default. To increase the
lifetime of the circuit, it is necessary to reduce the eMMC speed.

CpuMemoryTest in FSP tests 0 to 1M of the RAM after MRC init. With
PAGING_IN_CACHE_AS_RAM enabled for GLK, there was no page table
entry for this range which caused a page fault. Since this test
is anyway not exhaustive, we will skip the memory test in FSP.
There is an option to do PCIe power sequence from within FSP if provided
with the GPIOs used for PERST to FSP. Since we do this from coreboot,
will skip the PCIe power sequence done by FSP.
FSP does not know what the clock requirements are for the device on
SPI bus, hence it should not modify what coreboot has set up. Hence
skipping SPI clock programming in FSP.

To support generating USB devices in ACPI the platform needs to
know how to determine a device name for each USB port, and for
any root hubs that may be present.
Recent Intel platforms route all ports to an XHCI controller
through a root hub. This is supported by considering the root
hub to be USB port type 0, the USB 2.0 ports to be type 2, and
the USB 3.0 ports to be type 3.
This was tested with a Kaby Lake platform by adding entries to
the devicetree and checking the resulting SSDT.

MONITOR/MWAIT had an irremediable hardware bug for Apollolake.
This has been fixed for GLK. Therefore, make MONITOR/MWAIT based
C-states the default for GLK and disable IO-Redirection based
C-states used for Apollolake.
Tested on GLK w/kernel 4.14.27 using turbostat to observe C-state
residencies with and without load.
Tested for S0ix entry and exit using:
"echo freeze > /sys/power/state" and "suspend_stress_test -c 500".

Use the common xDCI function to check if the controller is allowed
in the current mode before enabling it. Otherwise, disable the

PCIe de-emphasis is enabled by default. Thunderpeak Wi-Fi requires
it to be disabled. Therefore allow it to be configured via a
device tree setting.
TEST=On GLKRVP, verify Thunderpeak Wi-Fi card shows up in lspci when
de-emphasis is disabled in device tree.

PcieRpHotPlug in apollolake UPD is default enabled. This change adds a
config option to enable hotplug only if explicitly requested by
mainboard. This changes the default behavior on all apollolake boards
to have hotplug disabled.

This change uses an array pcie_rp_clkreq_pin for accepting CLKREQ#
from mainboards instead of defining a separate property for each root
port. This allows us to use memcpy to copy the entire array into FSP
params as well as new properties for PCIe root ports can be added as
arrays in future CLs.

Intel common PCI driver is handle PCI subsystem ID
programming, hence no need to have an explicit soc

The System Control Interrupt is routed per default to IRQ 9. Some
mainboards use IRQ 9 for different purpose. Therefore it is necessary to
make the SCI configurable on Apollo Lake.

Apollo Lake SoC supports configuration of Running Average Power Limits
(RAPL) for package domain. This feature is not required for all APL
mainboards. According to the APL SoC EDS Vol 4 chapter 18.4 Power
Limiting Control it is not necessary to enable the RAPL algorithm per
default. For that reason make the RAPL configuration selectable.

A major regression was introduced with commit 6520e01a
(soc/intel/apollolake: Perform CPU MP Init before FSP-S Init)
where the APs execution context is taken away by FSP-S. It
appears that FSP-S is not honoring the SkipMpInit UPD because
it's been shown with some debug code that FSP-S is compeltely
hijacking the APs:

This implements dynamic generation of sdcard GpioInt in SSDT.
GpioInt in SSDT generation is based on the card detect GPIO if
it is provided by the mainboard in devicetree.
This implements GNVS variable to store the address of sdcard cd pin.
GNVS used to store rxstate of the sdcard cd pin to get card presence.
Add _PS0/_PS3 methods to power gate the sd card controller in
S0ix and runtime PM.

Previously privilege drop was happening "too early" and that caused some
PMC IPC programming (performed in FSP) to fail because sideband was
already locked out. This change set moves privilege drop to later stage,
after last FSP notify call.

Instead of having callers query the romstage handoff resume
status by inspecting the object themselves add
romstage_handoff_is_resume() so that the same information
can be queried easily.

Stage cache will save ~20ms on S3 resume for apollolake platforms.
Implementing the cache in ramstage to save silicon init and reload
it on resume. This patch adds passing S3 status to silicon init in
order to verify that the wake is from S3 and not for some other
reason. This patch also includes changes needed for quark and
skylake platforms that require fsp 2.0.

Skip FSP initiated core/MP init as it is implemented and initiated
in coreboot.
Add soc core init to set up the following feature MSRs:
1. C-states
2. IO/Mwait redirection

This patch sets the package power limit (PL1) value in RAPL MSR
and disables MMIO register. Added configurable PL1 override
parameter to leverage full TDP capacity.

Due to an incorrect value set for the power limit PL1, the
system is not able to leverage full TDP capacity. FSP code
sets the PL1 value as 6W in RAPL MMIO register based on
fused soc tdp value. This RAPL MMIO register is a physically
separate instance from RAPL MSR register. This patch sets
PL1 value to 15W in RAPL MMIO register.

The following patch is based off of the UEFI 2.6 patch. The FSP header files
are temporarily staying in soc/intel/apollolake and FspUpd.h has been relocated
since the other headers expect it to be in the root of an includable directory.
Any struct defines were removed since they are defined in the headers and no
longer need to be explicity declared as struct with the UEFI 2.6 includes.

FSP unconditionally locks parts of the NVRAM in the RTC.
This change will enable coreboot to update the locking policy
and be able to unlock the region

Other SOC platforms need to handle the FspNotify calls in the same way
as Apollo Lake. Migrate the FspNotify calls into the FSP 2.0 driver.
Provide a platform callback to handle anything else that needs to be
done after the FspNotify call.
Display the MTRRs before the first call to fsp_notify.

The reset requests are handled in the FSP 2.0 wrapper, but
the current code doesn't check any non-successful return
values. Provide parity with the memory init path which die()s
under those circumstances.

FSP 2.0 spec only defines 2 reset request (COLD, WARM) exit codes. The
rest 6 codes are platform-specific and may vary. Modify helper function
so that only basic resets are handled and let SoC deal with the rest.

The FSPS component loading was just loading to any memory address
listed in the header. That could be anywhere in the address space
including ramstage itself -- let alone corrupting the OS memory on
S3 resume. Remedy this by loading and relocating FSPS into cbmem.
The UEFI 2.4 header files include path are selected to provide the
types necessary for FSP relocation.

Since the Integrated Sensor Hub can be disabled through devicetree.cb
as a PCI device, there is no need for a separate register variable.
Remove handling the register and update mainboards' devicetrees. Also
keep ISH disabled on both Reef and Amenia.

1. The hotplug feature needs to be disabled
so that pcie root ports will be disabled by fsp
2. Correct PcieRootPortEn mapping.
The correct mapping should be like below
