As per commit 05a13e7ed9b9 ("sconfig: Move (WEAK_)DEV_PTR from device.h
to static.h"), sources that require access to devicetree static devices
should directly include static.h. This allows static.h to be removed
from device.h, eliminating unnecessary dependencies on the devicetree
for objects that only need the device types and function declarations.
The DEV_PTR macro resolves to names declared in static_devices.h, which
is then included in static.h, so include the header whenever the macro
is used.

Since we have chipset devicetrees for both SoCs supported by the
Stoneyridge code, we can use the DEV_PTR macro instead of using
pcidev_path_on_root to get the device struct pointer. We can also use
the is_dev_enabled function instead of checking the value of the enabled
element of the device struct directly.

It is based on work by Arthur Heymans, 69852.
Get rid of the confusing "position index" and use the relative flash
offset as the Kconfig setting instead.

The AOAC device states shouldn't be stored in GNVS, but be read from the
AOAC registers during runtime. Same for the EHCI controller's BAR0. The
location and size of the XHCI firmware can either be statically
determined at build-time or have coreboot generate ACPI objects that
contain the needed addresses. Since I can't easily test changes that
require booting to a desktop on Stoneyridge at the moment, only add
TODOs for now.

Split the southbridge code into a bootblock and a ramstage part to align
it more with Picasso and Cezanne. Also move the implementation of
fch_clk_output_48Mhz to the end of early_fch.c since it's not really
related to the functions that were previously around it.
