n is the default of bool Kconfig options, so no need to have that added
to each option.

The Embedded Firmware Structure should contain SPI speed, mode
and Micron support for the PSP to program. Add Kconfig options
to specify these values to use for future platform changes.

Create a new SPI code that overrides flash operations and uses the SPI
controller within the FCH to its fullest.
