2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2014-07-11	src: Make use of 'CEIL_DIV(a, b)' macro across tree	Edward O'Callaghan
	The objective here is to tighten coreboot up a bit by not repeating common helpers. This makes the code base more consistent and unified/tight. 	In the file `COPYING` in the coreboot repository and upstream [1] just one space is used.
