Simplify generation of GMA SSDT, using updated naming convention.
If acpi_fill_ssdt is being invoked, then we know the IGD device is
present and enabled, so we can skip those checks. And the SSDT
generator now checks that the gfx struct is populated, so we can
skip that too.

These two identifiers were always very confusing. We're not filling and
injecting generators. We are filling SSDTs and injecting into the DSDT.
So drop the `_generator` suffix. Hopefully, this also makes ACPI look a

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

libgfxinit mandates an ada compiler, we want to encourage use of it
since it is in much better shape and is actually maintained.
This way libgfxinit also gets build-tested by Jenkins.

Simplifies our C interface function gma_gfxinit(), due to the following
changes:
* *libgfxinit* knows about the underlying PCI device now and can
probe MMIO addresses by itself.
* The framebuffer mapping is now completely handled inside the
library where we validate that we neither overflow
- the stolen memory,
- the GTT address space, the GTT itself nor
- the aperture window (i.e. resource2 of the PCI device)
that we use to access the framebuffer.
Other changes:
* Fixes and a quirk for DP training.
* Fix for DP-VGA adapters that report an analog display in EDID.
* Fixes for Skylake support with coreboot.
* DDI Buffer drive-strength configuration for Haswell, Broadwell and
Skylake.
* `gfx_test` can now be run from X windows (with glitches).
* Compatibility with GCC 7 and SPARK GPL 2017.
TEST=Booted lenovo/t420 and verified that everything works as usual.

Provide all gfx init methods as a Kconfig `choice`. This elimates the
option to select native gfx init along with running a Video BIOS. It's
been only theoretically useful in one corner case: Hybrid graphics
where only one controller is supported by native gfx init. Though I
suppose in that case it's fair to assume that one would use SeaBIOS to
run the VBIOS.
For the case that we want the payload to initialize graphics or no
pre-boot graphics at all, the new symbol NO_GFX_INIT was added to the
choice. If multiple options are available, the default is chosen as
follows:
* NO_GFX_INIT, if we add a Video BIOS and the payload is SeaBIOS,
* VGA_ROM_RUN, if we add a Video BIOS and the payload is not SeaBIOS,
* NATIVE_VGA_INIT, if we don't add a Video BIOS.
As a side effect, libgfxinit is now an independent choice.

These settings should be always made by the firmware, no matter if we
set up graphics or not. It looks like Linux doesn't even know these
registers.
The values are taken from the PRMs for Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge [1,
2]. They match the settings that were done in the native graphics path
for Ivy Bridge. I expect the differences to be an update (i.e. the set-
tings we did on the Sandy Bridge path were just outdated). Also, these
settings affect the PCH and not the CPU which are independent from each
other.

Issue observed:
In a multi GPU setup (IGD and PEG) the system still uses the IGD.
CONFIG_ONBOARD_VGA_IS_PRIMARY has no effect on Sandy/Ivy Bridge.
Test system:
* Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
* Intel Pentium CPU G2130
* ATI Radeon HD4780
Problem description:
The GMA is missing a disable function.
Problem solution:
Add a GMA disable function. Deactivate PCI device until remaining multi
GPU issues are resolved. Do not claim VGA decode any more.
Final testing results:
The system is able to boot using the PEG device as primary VGA
device.

We don't build-test with native VGA init, so if the code is broken by
a commit, we won't see it when it's guarded by #ifdefs. This has
already happened in the past. Instead of gurading entire files, use
the IS_ENABLED() macro, and return early. This at least enables us to
build-test the code to some extent, while linker garbage collection
will removed unused parts.
BONUS: Indenting some blocks also makes the difference between
framebuffer init and textmode init clearer.

copying of the same thing 6 times per chipset. Leave only hooking up and
chipset-specific part in chipset directory. Move NVS handling and ACPI-spec

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

The old MTRR code had issues using too many variable
MTRRs depending on the physical address space layout dictated
by the device resources. This new implementation calculates
the default MTRR type by comparing the number of variable MTRRs
used for each type. This avoids the need for IORESOURE_UMA_FB
because in many of those situations setting the default type to WB
frees up the variable MTTRs to set that space to UC.
Additionally, it removes the need for IORESOURCE_IGNORE_MTRR
becuase the new mtrr uses the memrange library which does merging
of resources.
Lastly, the sandybridge gma has its speedup optimization removed
for the graphics memory by writing a pre-determined MTRR index.
That will be fixed in an upcoming patch once write-combining support
is added to the resources.
Slight differences from previous MTRR code:
- The number of reserved OS MTRRs is not a hard limit. It's now advisory
as PAT can be used by the OS to setup the regions to the caching
policy desired.
- The memory types are calculated once by the first CPU to run the code.
After that all other CPUs use that value.
- CONFIG_CACHE_ROM support was dropped. It will be added back in its own
change.
A pathological case that was previously fixed by changing vendor code
to adjust the IO hole location looked like the following:
MTRR: Physical address space:
0x0000000000000000 - 0x00000000000a0000 size 0x000a0000 type 6
0x00000000000a0000 - 0x00000000000c0000 size 0x00020000 type 0
0x00000000000c0000 - 0x00000000ad800000 size 0xad740000 type 6
0x00000000ad800000 - 0x00000000d0000000 size 0x22800000 type 0
0x00000000d0000000 - 0x00000000e0000000 size 0x10000000 type 1
0x00000000e0000000 - 0x0000000100000000 size 0x20000000 type 0
0x0000000100000000 - 0x000000014f600000 size 0x4f600000 type 6
As noted by the output below it's impossible to accomodate those
ranges even with 10 variable MTRRS. However, because the code
can select WB as the default MTRR type it can be done in 6 MTRRs:
MTRR: default type WB/UC MTRR counts: 6/14.
MTRR: WB selected as default type.
MTRR: 0 base 0x00000000ad800000 mask 0x0000007fff800000 type 0
MTRR: 1 base 0x00000000ae000000 mask 0x0000007ffe000000 type 0
MTRR: 2 base 0x00000000b0000000 mask 0x0000007ff0000000 type 0
MTRR: 3 base 0x00000000c0000000 mask 0x0000007ff0000000 type 0
MTRR: 4 base 0x00000000d0000000 mask 0x0000007ff0000000 type 1

The Link native graphics commit 49428d84 [1]
Add support for Google's Chromebook Pixel
was missing some of the higher level bits, and hence could not be
used. This is not new code -- it has been working since last
August -- so the effort now is to get it into the tree and structure
it in a way compatible with upstream coreboot.
1. Add options to src/device/Kconfig to enable native graphics.
2. Export the MTRR function for setting variable MTRRs.
3. Clean up some of the comments and white space.
While I realize that the product name is Pixel, the mainboard in the
coreboot tree is called Link, and that name is what we will use
in our commits.
