It is easier to track CAR_GLOBAL_MIGRATION which is
the approach to be deprecated with the next release.
This change enforces new policy; POSTCAR_STAGE=y is
not allowed together with CAR_GLOBAL_MIGRATION=y.

The sandybridge systemagent-r6 blob is modified:
- To be more flexible about the location of the stack w.r.t. the heap
- Place the MRC pool right below the MRC_VAR region
- to work with the same DCACHE_RAM_BASE from the native raminit (could
make the CAR linker symbols easily compatible if desired)
This allows CAR setup compatibility between mrc.bin and native
bootpath and also allows for BIOS/memory mappeds region larger than
8MB.
This changes the semantics of CONFIG_DACHE_RAM_MRC_VAR_SIZE to also
include the pool on top of MRC_VAR region.
TESTED on T520 (boots and resumes from S3 with mrc.bin).

'Optimizing' MMCONF_BASE_ADDRESS for the native codepath prevents the
use of fallback/normal with both the native raminit and the mrc.bin.
Using the same MMCONF_BASE_ADDRESS as the mrc.bin codepath means that
128MB less is available to devices using the native raminit. Most
devices reserve 2048M for non memory resources below 4G, which in most
cases is more than adequate. Devices with only 1024M (and that don't
already use the mrc.bin) are:
* lenovo/x220
* lenovo/x230
* lenovo/x131e
* lenovo/x1_carbon_gen1
Those could fail to allocate PCI resources, but on at least x220 with
a somewhat default configuration (USB3 expresscard, Wireless PCIe
card) it still boots fine, so one should not expect many problems from
this change.

XMP profiles can have a restriction on max supported DIMMs per channel,
but many configurations work with more DIMMs.
This is relevant on mainboards with 2 DIMM slots per channel (usually 4

with 1 DIMM per channel turns off said XMP profiles.
TEST=On a system with two DIMM slots per channel populate both slots on

Provide all gfx init methods as a Kconfig `choice`. This elimates the
option to select native gfx init along with running a Video BIOS. It's
been only theoretically useful in one corner case: Hybrid graphics
where only one controller is supported by native gfx init. Though I
suppose in that case it's fair to assume that one would use SeaBIOS to
run the VBIOS.
For the case that we want the payload to initialize graphics or no
pre-boot graphics at all, the new symbol NO_GFX_INIT was added to the
choice. If multiple options are available, the default is chosen as
follows:
* NO_GFX_INIT, if we add a Video BIOS and the payload is SeaBIOS,
* VGA_ROM_RUN, if we add a Video BIOS and the payload is not SeaBIOS,
* NATIVE_VGA_INIT, if we don't add a Video BIOS.
As a side effect, libgfxinit is now an independent choice.

Some Chrome OS boards previously didn't have a hardcoded vboot
configuration (e.g. STARTS_IN_BOOTBLOCK/_ROMSTAGE, SEPARATE_VERSTAGE,
etc.) selected from their SoC and mainboard Kconfig files, and instead
relied on the Chrome OS build system to pass in those options
separately. Since there is usually only one "best" vboot configuration
for a certain board and there is often board or SoC code specifically
written with that configuration in mind (e.g. memlayout), these options
should not be adjustable in menuconfig and instead always get selected
by board and SoC Makefiles (as opposed to some external build system).
(Removing MAINBOARD_HAS_CHROMEOS from Urara because vboot support for
Pistachio/MIPS was never finished. Trying to enable even post-romstage
vboot leads to weird compiler errors that I don't want to track down
now. Let's stop pretending this board has working Chrome OS support
because it never did.)

Sandy and Ivy Bridge processors use the same socket, and a mainboard
with the socket can support both types of CPUs. However, they use
different native graphics init code for LVDS and cause a crash if
running the wrong code.
This change detects the CPU type and then selects the right code to
run. It will add some more code in ramstage. It also merges the
{SANDY,IVY}BRIDGE_LVDS symbol to one SANDYBRIDGE_IVYBRIDGE_LVDS.

We want the question for CBFS size to be next to the rom size in the
mainboard directory, but that doesn't seem to work for how people
want to set the defaults. Instead of having the list of exceptions
to the size, just set the defaults at the end of kconfig.
- Move the defaults for chipsets not setting HAVE_INTEL_FIRMWARE into
the chipset Kconfigs (gm45, nehalem, sandybridge, x4x)
- Override the default for HAVE_INTEL_FIRMWARE on skylake.
- Move the HAVE_INTEL_FIRMWARE default setting into the firmware
Kconfig file
- Move the location of the default CBFS_SIZE=ROM_SIZE to the end of
the top level kconfig file, while leaving the question where it is.
Test=rebuild Kconfig files before and after the change, verify that
they are how they were intended to be.
Note: the Skylake boards actually changed value, because they were
picking up the 0x100000 from HAVE_INTEL_FIRMWARE instead of the
0x200000 desired. This was due to the SOC_INTEL_SKYLAKE being after
the HAVE_INTEL_FIRMWARE default. Affected boards were:

This is a sad story. We have three different code paths for
sandybridge and ivybridge: proper native path, google MRC path, and,
everyone's favorite: Intel FSP path. For the purpose of this patch,
the FSP path lives in its own little world, and doesn't concern us.
Since MRC was first, when native files and variables were added, they
were suffixed with "_native" to separate them from the existing code.
This can cause confusion, as the suffix might make the native files
seem parasitical.
This has been bothering me for many months. MRC should be the
parasitical path, especially since we fully support native init, and
it works more reliably, on a wider range of hardware. There have been
a few board ports that never made it to coreboot.org because MRC would
hang.
gigabyte/ga-b75m-d3h is a prime example: it did not work with MRC, so
the effort was abandoned at first. Once the native path became
available, the effort was restarted and the board is now supported.
In honor of the hackers and pioneers who made the native code
possible, rename things so that their effort is the first class
citizen.

The CBFS size is really mainboard specific, since it really depends on
size of the chip on the mainboard, so it makes sense to have it in
the mainboard menu along with the ROM-chip size.
- Move the CBFS_SIZE definition up in src/kconfig
- Move the Mainboard Menu markers out of src/mainboard/kconfig into
src/Kconfig so CBFS_SIZE can live in the mainboard menu.
- Add a long list setting default values to do what the chipset
directories were previously defaulting the values to. This will
be trimmed down in a following patch that creates a common set of
IFD routines. (Who knew that kconfig supported line wrapping?)
- Update the help text.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

The MARK_GRAPHICS_MEM_WRCOMB was spreading like a cancer
since it was defined in sandybridge. It is really
more of an x86 thing however, and we now have
three systems that can use it.
I considered making this more general, since it technically
can apply to PTE-based systems like ARM, and maybe we should.
But the 'WRCOMB' moniker is usually closely tied to the x86.

On Sandybridge and Ivybridge systems the firmware image has to
store a lot more than just coreboot, including:
- a firmware descriptor
- Intel Management Engine firmware
- MRC cache information
This option allows to limit the size of the CBFS portion in
the firmware image.

Until now, the MRC cache position and size was hard coded in Kconfig.
However, on ChromeOS devices, it should be determined by reading the
FMAP.
This patch provides a minimalistic FMAP parser (libflashmap was too
complex and OS centered) to allow reading the in-ROM flash map and
look for sections.
This will also be needed on some partner devices where coreboot will
have to find the VPD in order to set up the device's mac address
correctly.
The MRC cache implementation demonstrates how to use the FMAP parser.

- Separate Sandybridge from ChromeOS a bit
The Sandybridge code depends on chromeos features a whole lot.
As a first step, provide a code path to look up the MRC cache
without depending on u-boot.
- Move mrc cache handling to separate file
This enables us to handle the MRC cache from ramstage,
where we can write the flash safely (eg. to update the
cache).
Also teach it to lookup the current MRC cache from CBMEM,
as the original data block isn't available anymore.
After all the preparations, finally write to the SPI
as necessary. It's a simple round robin wear levelling
that erases the entire MRC cache region when it's full
and starts from the beginning.
