2019-04-21cpu/intel/haswell: Use C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCKArthur Heymans
This puts the cache-as-ram init in the bootblock. Before setting up cache as ram the microcode updates are applied. This removes the possibility for a normal/fallback setup although implementing this should be quite easy. Tested on Google peppy (Acer C720). Setting up LPC in the bootblock to output console on SuperIOs is not done in this patch, hence BOOTBLOCK_CONSOLE is not yet enabled by default. 2018-05-29src/northbridge: Add and update license headersMartin Roth
This change adds and updates headers in all of the northbridge files that had missing or unrecognized headers. After this goes in, we can turn on lint checking for headers in all northbridge directories. 2016-12-07PCI ops: MMCONF_SUPPORT_DEFAULT is requiredKyösti Mälkki
Doing PCI config operations via MMIO window by default is a requirement, if supported by the platform. This means chipset or CPU code must enable MMCONF operations early in bootblock already, or before platform-specific romstage entry. Platforms are allowed to have NO_MMCONF_SUPPORT only in the case it is actually not implemented in the silicon. 2013-03-22x86: Unify arch/io.h and arch/romcc_io.hStefan Reinauer
Here's the great news: From now on you don't have to worry about hitting the right io.h include anymore. Just forget about romcc_io.h and use io.h instead. This cleanup has a number of advantages, like you don't have to guard device/ includes for SMM and pre RAM anymore. This allows to get rid of a number of ifdefs and will generally make the code more readable and understandable. Potentially in the future some of the code in the io.h __PRE_RAM__ path should move to device.h or other device/ includes instead, but that's another incremental change. Add a bootblock.c file for the northbridge and setup the PCIEXBAR as the first thing using IO PCI config acceses. After that all PCI config accesses can use MMIO.
