2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	In the file `COPYING` in the coreboot repository and upstream [1] just one space is used. 	The code supports DDR3 boards only. RAM init for DDR2 is sufficiently different that it requires separate code, and we have no boards to test that.
