2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	Please don't remove chipsets and mainboards without discussion and input from the owners. Someone was asking about cougar canyon 2 just a couple of weeks ago - there's obviously still interest. 2015-10-03	Remove sandybridge and ivybridge FSP code path	Alexandru Gagniuc
	We already have two other code paths for this silicon. Maintaining the FSP path as well doesn't make much sense. There was only one board to use this code, and it's a reference board that I doubt anyone still owns or uses. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	CPU - fsp_model_206ax: - Remove Kconfig options and mark this as using the FSP. - Use shared FSP cache_as_ram.inc file Mainboard - intel/cougar_canyon2: - Update to use the shared FSP header file. - Modify to call copy_and_run() directly instead of returning to cache_as_ram.inc. Northbridge - fsp_sandybridge: - remove mrccache, fsp_util.[ch] - add fsp/chipset_fsp_util.[ch] with chipset specific FSP bits. - Update to use the shared FSP header file.
