	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2015-03-09	AMD fam10: Drop PCI_BUS_SEGN_BITS	Kyösti Mälkki
	All boards in tree use 0. Looks like this is all work that was never completed and tested. We also have static setting sysconf.segbit=0 which would conflict with PCI_BUS_SEGN_BITS>0. Having PCI_BUS_SEGN_BITS>0 would also require PCI MMCONF support to cover over 255 buses.
