2015-11-23northbridge/amd/amdfam10: Fix invalid NUMA tableTimothy Pearson
The existing code generated an invalid NUMA table that was rejected by Linux, leading to poor resource allocation. This was due to system MMIO resources being inserted into the table when the table should only contain DRAM resources. Do not include system MMIO resources (i.e. resources with an index less than 0x10) in the NUMA table. It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2012-11-28amdk8/amdfam10: Use CAR_GLOBAL for sysinfoPatrick Georgi
This gets rid of the somewhat unstructured placement of AMD's sysinfo structure in CAR. We used to carve out some CAR space using a Kconfig variable, and then put sysinfo there manually (by "virtue" of pointer magic). Now it's a variable with the CAR_GLOBAL qualifier, and build system magic. 2010-12-08second round name simplification. drop the <component>_ prefix.stepan
the prefix was introduced in the early v2 tree many years ago because our old build system "newconfig" could not handle two files with the same name in different paths like /path/to/usb.c and /another/path/to/usb.c correctly. Only one of the files would end up being compiled into the final image. Since Kconfig (actually since shortly before we switched to Kconfig) we don't suffer from that problem anymore.
