This change selects the old resource allocator RESOURCE_ALLOCATOR_V3

be fixed to report the resource requirements correctly before resource
allocator runs. Issues identified in the chipset code are captured in

find_pci_tolm()
This change updates find_pci_tolm() to not consider any unassigned
resources. This is achieved by adding the following checks:
1. Call search_bus_resources() with mask set to IORESOURCE_MEM |
IORESOURCE_ASSIGNED.
2. In the callback tolm_test, check that the new resource selected has
a non-zero size.
This change is being made so that the resource allocator does not have
to set the IORESOURCE_ASSIGNED flag for marking a resource as
invalid.

This change moves all ACPI table support in coreboot currently living
under arch/x86 into common code to make it architecture
independent. ACPI table generation is not really tied to any
architecture and hence it makes sense to move this to its own
directory.
In order to make it easier to review, this change is being split into
multiple CLs. This is change 3/5 which basically is generated by
running the following command:
$ git grep -iIl "arch/acpi" | xargs sed -i 's/arch\/acpi/acpi\/acpi/g'

Some PCI peripherals, such as discrete VGA adapters, require a great
amount of memory mapped IO. This patch allows the user to select at
build time the bottom IO to leave enough space for such devices.
We cannot calculate this value at runtime because it has to be set
before the PCI devices are enumerated. 0x80000000 has been successfully
boot-tested on A88XM-E (fam15tn), G505S (fam15tn) and AM1I-A (fam16kb).

These two identifiers were always very confusing. We're not filling and
injecting generators. We are filling SSDTs and injecting into the DSDT.
So drop the `_generator` suffix. Hopefully, this also makes ACPI look a

According to BKDGs HTC temperature limit field indicates the threshold
where HTC becomes active. HTC active state means that processor is
limiting its power consumption and maximum P-State. Using this threshold
as _CRT is incorrect, since HTC active is designed to prevent
overheating, not causing immediate shutdown.
Change the behavior of temperature limit to act as a passive cooling
threshold. Make the passive cooling threshold a reference value for
critical and hot temperature with 5 degrees step.

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

PCI devices starting from 18 are processor configuration devices for each
node and are not a bus itself.
According to ACPI specification 6.3 section 6.1.5:
"... _HID object must be used to describe any device that will be
enumerated by OSPM. OSPM only enumerates a device when no bus enumerator
can detect the device ID. ... Use the _ADR object to describe devices
enumerated by bus enumerators other than OSPM."
PCI device 18 with its functions has a standard enumerator, which is PCI
enumerator so it needs a _ADR. Create a separate ACPI device for the
processor configuration space. This fixes the ACPI compliance problem
from CB:36318.

This reverts commit 01787608670adec26fcea48173e18395e51c790e.
AMD: Dropping the _HID of PCI root bus doesn't work well and people
started to notice the breakage.
Intel: These platforms have a devicetree switch to choose between PCI
and ACPI modes. In the former case we need _ADR, but in the latter _HID
as the PCI devices are hidden.
The conflicting use of _ADR and _HID still needs to be fixed before
we can bump our IASL version.

A decision has been made that boards with LATE_CBMEM_INIT
will be dropped from coreboot master starting with next
release scheduled for October 2017.
As existing implementation of CAR teardown in AGESA can only
do either EARLY_CBMEM_INIT or ACPI S3 support, choose the former.
ACPI S3 support may be brought back at a later date for
these platforms but that requires fair amount of work fixing
the MTRR issues causing low-memory corruptions.

We define AGESA_LEGACY_WRAPPER a method of calling AGESA
via functions in agesawrapper.c file. The approach implemented
there makes it very inconvenient to do board-specific
customisation or present common platform-specific features.
Seems like it also causes assertion errors on AGESA side.
The flag is applied here to all boards and then individually
removed one at a time, as things get tested.
New method is not to call AGESA internal functions directly,
but via the dispatcher. AGESA call parameters are routed to
hooks in both platform and board -directories, to allow for
easy capture or modification as needed.
For each AGESA dispatcher call made, eventlog entries are
replayed to the console log. Also relocations of AGESA heap
that took place are recorded.
New method is expected to be compatible with binaryPI.

This requires to also unify the calling convention for
AGESA functions from
AGESA_STATUS (*agesa_func)(UINT32 Func, UINT32 Data, VOID *ConfigPtr)
to
AGESA_STATUS (*agesa_func)(UINT32 Func, UINTN Data, VOID *ConfigPtr)
On systems running 32bit x86 code this will not make a difference as
UINTN is uintptr_t which is 32bit on these machines.

but need to calculate size from base and TOP_MEM1 instead.
Also allows selection of UmaMode==UMA_SPECIFIED to manually set

The devicetree data structures have been available in more than just
ramstage and romstage. In order to provide clearer and consistent
semantics two new macros are provided:
1. DEVTREE_EARLY which is true when !ENV_RAMSTAGE
2. DEVTREE_CONST as a replacment for ROMSTAGE_CONST
The ROMSTAGE_CONST attribute is used in the source code to mark
the devicetree data structures as const in early stages even though
it's not just romstage. Therefore, rename the attribute to
DEVTREE_CONST as that's the actual usage. The only place where the
usage was not devicetree related is console_loglevel, but the same
name was used for consistency. Any stage that is not ramstage has
the const C attribute applied when DEVTREE_CONST is used.

The thermal sensor interface exposed in function 3 of the northbridge is
a more convenient and faster way to access the processor-internal
thermal sensor than using the SMBus/SB-TSI interface from the FCH, see
the Family14 BKDG: "Tctl is a processor temperature control value used
for processor thermal management. Tctl is accessible through SB-TSI and
D18F3xA4[CurTmp]. Tctl is a temperature on its own scale aligned to the
processors cooling requirements"
Also on at least some of these boards the existing thermal zone is
broken and always returns 40C (the default value if the SMBus read
failed) because the SMBus muxing register (SmBus0Sel) is not set up
correctly.
Case in point: The fallback "smbus read failed" temperature is 40 C and
the the logs taken from the board status repository for the Asrock
E350M1 board all show: "ACPI: Thermal Zone [TZ00] (40 C)"

The actual use of the parameter max is to keep track of PCI bus
number while recursively scanning PCI bridges or PCI-e rootports.
Neither CPU, SMBus, LPC or other static buses are involved in this
enumeration, but the way bridge operations were originally designed
forced to pass this argument thru unrelated functions.
Follow-up removes these once the function prototype gets fixed.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.
