2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	In commit Rudolf Marek discovered, that it is not uniformly written. As »ASL names are not case-sensitive and will be converted to upper case.« [2] this change does not have any functional change. 	As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I am in the process of porting this board: http://www.technexion.com/products/embedded_boards/tim-8690-mt.html This board has a dual BIOS , choosable with a jumper - much like the BIOS savier from before - so it is a pleasure to work with as a linuxbios developer. It is still a work in progress, however , I already submit the patch. All on board devices and slots work as expected, only need some more stress testing with the RAM, acpi, etc..
