System76 EC since system76/ec@99dfbeaec3b8 sets PL4 values through PECI based on AC state for all boards. Remove the static PL4 values from coreboot since they won't be used. The gaze17 comes in 2 variants due to differences in the discrete GPU and network controller used. - NVIDIA RTX 3050, using Realtek Ethernet Controller - NVIDIA RTX 3060, using onboard I219-V Ethernet Controller Tested with a custom TianoCore UefiPayloadPkg payload. 2023-04-02soc/intel/alderlake: Add ADL-P 4+4 with 28W TDPPatrick Rudolph
Add the 28W TDP version of the ADL-P with MCHID 0x4629. Verified that all 28W SoCs have the same PL1/PL2 defined in Intel document #655258 "12th Generation Intel Core Processors Datasheet, Volume 1 of 2".
