Platforms with LATE_CBMEM_INIT were agreed to be
removed with 4.7 release late 2017.

There have been discussions about removing this since it does not seem
to be used much and only creates troubles for boards without defaults,
not to mention that it was configurable on many boards that do not
even feature uart.
It is still possible to configure the baudrate through the Kconfig
option.

I guess it was dropped because its concept was misunderstood. The idea
is to always have it set to `Yes` in the cmos.default. Users can then
ack the loading of the defaults by setting it to `No`. If the defaults
ever get loaded again, they'll be notified by the default `Yes`.

The last_boot NVRAM option was deprecated and removed in
commit 3bfd7cc6. Remove the last_boot option from all
affected mainboards to eliminate user confusion.

Unlike other additions this doesn't require versionning first since
the bootblock reads it anyway from this hardcoded offset.

Current code just prints warning, defaults match the behaviour of
current code when checksum is incorrect and look sane.
