2020-09-28	mb/purism/librem_whl: Drop 3Gbps SATA limit; enable and set SATA tuning params	Matt DeVillier
	Some Librem Minis exhibit issues with 6Gbps SATA operation on certain SSDs, setting the Receiver Equalization Boost Magnitude adjustment resolves this, so limiting SATA speeds to 3Gbps is no longer needed. 2020-08-18	mb/purism/librem_whl: Add new board Librem Mini (WHL-U)	Matt DeVillier
	Add new librem_whl baseboard and Librem Mini variant. Tested with SeaBIOS, Tianocore, and Heads payloads.
