2020-06-19Kconfig: Escape variable to accommodate new Kconfig versionsPatrick Georgi
Kconfig 4.17 started using the $(..) syntax for environment variable expansion while we want to keep expansion to the build system. Older Kconfig versions (like ours) simply drop the escapes, not changing the behavior. While we could let Kconfig expand some of the variables, that only splits the handling in two places, making debugging harder and potentially messing with reproducible builds (e.g. when paths end up in configs), so escape them all. 2020-06-02mb/purism/librem*: drop EC chip deviceMatt DeVillier
CB:35086 exposed that the devicetree listed an EC chip for which there is no actual driver; the EC is entirely ACPI code (.asl) included by the board's ec.asl. Remove the unnecessary EC chip driver from both boards, as well as the unnecessary Kconfig selection for librem_bdw. Test: build/boot Librem 13v1, 13v4, verify battery info etc still correct. 2020-04-30mb/purism/librem_bdw: Remove PS/2 keyboard driver selectionPaul Menzel
Most payloads, like GRUB, SeaBIOS and Linux, are able to initialize the PS/2 keyboard themselves, so coreboot does not need to initialize it. Therefore, this option should not be hard-coded for the mainboard, and be left for the user to select. 2019-10-11mb/{razer,purism}: Don't select NO_POSTNico Huber
The NO_POST option covers more than classical port 80 output, hence selecting it seems wrong in any case. The default is still rather user patronizing, but let's keep it. As a side effect, this fixes the ability to override the default for NO_POST which Kconfig rejected while these boards selected it. (Seems like a bug in Kconfig, though.)
