2021-01-28	arch/x86: Remove most C_ENV_BOOTBLOCK_SIZE limits	Kyösti Mälkki
	With top-aligned bootblock this is no longer globally needed. The default maximum is now a generous 256 KiB with couple platforms having lower limits of 32 KiB and 64 KiB. 	They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example: - What's a "Copyright $year-present"? - Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current copyright holder? - People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even though they only deleted stuff - Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year, because why not? - Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"? - Or "Generated Code"? Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead and use the git history to deal with the rest. 2019-11-10	drivers/intel/fsp1_1: Fake microcode update to make FSP happy	Arthur Heymans
	The FSP loops through microcode updates and at the end checks if the microcode revision is not zero. Since we update the microcode before loading FSP, this is the case and a fake microcode can be passed to the FSP. The advantage is that the Kconfig symbols to specify the location and the size of the microcode blob can be dropped.
