2017-09-06	mainboard/lippert: Refactor SEMA watchdog message	Kyösti Mälkki
	It's too critical to ignore when sending the message on SMBus fails, so allow for a fair amount of retries. Failure here causes watchdog to do hard reset later. Move it out of mainboard.c as we need to call this early in romstage while we are debugging. 	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	All 3 boards with AGESA_HUDSON had HAVE_HARD_RESET with the reset.c file already placed under southbridge/. All 15 boards with CIMX_SBx00 had HAVE_HARD_RESET with functionally identical reset.c file under mainboard/. Move those files under respective southbridge/. 	Step 1: copy all files unmodified from Persimmon. This makes it much easier later to see how the two boards actually and deliberately differ when porting bugfixes from one to the other. Git's copy detection is imperfect (and slow).
