2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	Old init was a replay not even meant to have been committed. This one really computes values and does its job. Tested on Macbook2,1 (1280x800) and X60 (1024x768). 2011-02-14	Lenovo ThinkPad X60 / X60s Support	Sven Schnelle
	Adds support for Lenovo X60 series ThinkPads. So far, only X60s (Model 1703) has been tested. It's a basic patch without SMI and ACPI, as this makes it easier to review.
