Reorder drivers to fit src/drivers/[X]/[Y]/ scheme to make
them pluggable.

to the src/drivers/[X]/[Y]/ scheme as these are hard requirements
for the main change:
* drivers/intel
* drivers/pc80
* drivers/dec
