2019-03-01	ACPI: Rename FADT model and set it to zero	Elyes HAOUAS
	INT_MODEL defined in ACPI 1.0 and renamed to reserved since V 2.0. The value for this field is zero but 1 is allowed to maintain compatibility with ACPI 1.0. So set this value to zero as we are using greater version than ACPI 1.0. 	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things.
