Fix for all Sandy-Bridge and Ivy-Bridge devices.
Remove unused option "hyper_threading".
Increase CMOS checksum range to cover all user adjustable settings.

Get rid of mainboard_io_trap_handler.
The only purpose is to enable tp-smapi, but is already done on all
boards in h8_enable, as of devicetree setting config0.

All those boards do not have a serial port.
Don't attempt to decode the COMA/COMB IO range.

Do not lock ETR3 CF9GR in early romstage.

USB debug port is the left front usb port
