Port_List is an array of 8 elements, and GCC 9 is warning that there
are no 'others' when all 8 elements are explicitly initialized, which is

silence this.

had missing or unrecognized headers. After this goes in, we can turn on

Enable libgfxinit.
Tested on Lenovo T430:
* LVDS
* VGA
* DP (using DP->HDMI adapter)
All three ports are working. The LVDS port is garbled under linux
when VGA or DP is connected, likely due to missing VBT.
