For mainboards using southbridge/intel/bd82x6x, copy the contents
of mainboard_usb_ports array into southbridge devicetree. In-line
comments are maintained.
Boards also capable of using MRC raminit are done in a separate
patch.

Just as in commit 38569d061099: ("mb/lenovo/{x230, x230s}: Disable
SuperSpeed capabilities for WWAN USB")
Although on ThinkPads with Panther Point PCH the usb port inside wwan
socket is usually wired to XHCI, it has actually no SuperSpeed lines,
so maybe it is okay to disable SuperSpeed capabilities, and wire them
to EHCI #2 by making use of XUSB2PRM and USB3PRM.

All mainboards use the same values for AC and battery, even desktop
boards without a battery. Use the AC values everywhere and drop the
battery values. Subsequent commits will rename the AC power options
accordingly, and will also clean up the corresponding acpigen code.
This is intentional so as to ease reviewing the devicetree changes.
Also update util/autoport accordingly.

The `link_frequency_270_mhz` setting was originally used by the native
graphics init code for Sandy/Ivy Bridge, which is long gone.
The value of this information (which board had it set) is questionable.
The only board that had an LVDS panel and set it to 0 was the ThinkPad
L520, where native graphics init was never reported to work. Also, the
native graphics init only used it for calculations, but never confi-
gured the hardware to use a specific frequency. A look into the docu-
mentation also doesn't reveal any straps that could be used to confi-
gure it.

The processor P_BLK doesn't support throttling. This behaviour could be
emulated with SMM, but instead just update the FADT to indicate no support
for legacy I/O based throttling using P_CNT.
We have _PTC defined in SSDT, which should be used in favour of P_CNT by
ACPI aware OS, so this change has no effect on modern OS.
Drop all occurences of p_cnt_throttling_supported and update autoport
to not generate it any more.

Enable dGPU power handling on Lenovo ThinkPad T430, T530 via PMH7
register 0x50.
Although there's no Thinker-1 chip on these models according to
schematics, dGPU power control via PMH7 works the same as on T420/T520,
so they can be considered Thinker-1-compatible.
It can be tested from linux userspace using util/pmh7tool.
To turn dGPU power off:
pmh7tool -c 0x50 7
pmh7tool -c 0x50 3
To turn it on:
pmh7tool -s 0x50 3
pmh7tool -s 0x50 7
To check whether it is on (bash):
reg=0x$(pmh7tool -r 0x50)
echo "$(( (( reg & 0x08 )) >> 3 ))"
or just `pmh7tool -b 0x50 3` with

Get rid of old hybrid graphics driver and use the new one.
1. Disable IGD and PEG in early romstage.
The PEG port will get disabled on devices that do not have a
discrete GPU. The power savings are around ~1Watt.
The disabled IGD does no longer waste GFX stolen memory.
2. Get rid of PCI driver
The Nvidia GPU can be handled by the generic PCI driver and allows
to use the ACPI _ROM generator for Switchable graphics.
3. Settings are stored in devicetree.
One driver for all Lenovo hybrid graphics capable devices.
4. Add support for Thinker1 GPU power handling.
Only boards that do use reference design 2012 are known to be
supported. Needs test on boards that do you use reference design 2013.
Should reduce idle power consumption when using IGD by ~5Watt.
Tested on Lenovo T430 without DGPU. PEG port is disabled.
