Autoport generates these structures as static so let's make it consistent.

This change adds and updates headers in all of the mainboard files that
had missing or unrecognized headers. After this goes in, we can turn on
lint checking for headers in all mainboard directories.

Use shared gpio code from common folder.
Bd82x6x's gpio.c and gpio.h is used by other southbridges
as well and will be removed once it is unused.

This is based on x220 and t520. Tested on i7 model with usb3.
There is no support for nvidia gpu and optimus.
