They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example: - What's a "Copyright $year-present"? - Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current copyright holder? - People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even though they only deleted stuff - Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year, because why not? - Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"? - Or "Generated Code"? Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead and use the git history to deal with the rest. 2020-02-09mb/lenovo/t400: Move `gma-mainboard.ads` to variantsNico Huber
Some board revisions have the straps for display port detection wrongly configured. So with a single list covering all variants' possible outputs, we make libgfxinit probe unimplemented ports which may stall the GMBUS controller and delay the boot for some hundred milliseconds. This just copies the list to the various variants with different display ports, so we can test the actual changes individually. 2019-10-28nb/intel/gm45: Add C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK supportArthur Heymans
The i82801ix_early_init is now called both in the bootblock and romstage. The rationale behind setting this up twice is to ensure bootblock-romstage compatibility in the future if for instance VBOOT is used. This moves the console init to the bootblock. The romstage now runs uncached. Adding a prog_run hooks to set up an MTRR to cache the romstage will be done in a followup patch. The default size of 64KiB is not modified for the bootblock as trying to fit both EHCI and SPI flash debugging needs a more space and 64KiB is the next power of 2 size that fits it. 2017-05-03nb/intel/gm45: Set display backlight according to EDID stringArthur Heymans
Add some known good values for some thinkpads displays. Known good means that at this pwm frequency the display is evenly lit on all duty cycles, the display makes minimal to no noise at lower duty cycles and the display does not flicker. This values differs from vendor (which uses an obviously wrong display clock (190MHz instead of 320MHz) resulting in frequency more than 60% off the intended value. TESTED on Thinkpad X200 with edid ascii string in list and removed from list to see if notice message is shown. Old dock.c copied from x201 was incorrect. Do a rewrite of t60 dock code as pnp devices. Fixes USB and serial on the dock, if it is already connected when computer is powered on. DVI and ethernet worked without this patch. Hot-plug is yet to be fixed.
