2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2013-02-04	Intel based boards: Use tab instead of spaces to align comment in DSDT	Paul Menzel
	Mainboards using `COREBOOT` as their OEM Table ID in their DSDT header were copied from the same source and therefore had spaces instead of a tab to align that comment for that header field. These are mostly Intel based boards. Fix that in accordance with the coding style [1].
