The codec clock frequency was incorrectly set to 25MHz.
The only available frequency is 19.2MHz through external clock and PLL.

This change will disable unused devices in
device tree to improve boot performance.
TEST=Build/Flash CB and boot to OS.

Add the initial files to support the Intel RVP for Braswell.
Matches chromium tree at 927026db
This board uses the Braswell FSP 1.1 image and does not build without
the FspUpdVpd.h file.
