It is highly unlikely that the "OEM revision" of the DSDT is 0x20110725
on mainboards with a chipset not yet released on 2011-07-25. Since this
comment is most likely to have been copy-pasted from other boards, drop
it from boards which use a chipset newer than Sandy/Ivy Bridge.

Normally, selecting FSP_USE_REPO will select FSP_FULL_FD which then will
configure the proper paths for FSP_M_FILE and FSP_S_FILE. The override
in these two boards caused FSP_M_FILE and FSP_S_FILE being empty despite
ADD_FSP_BINARIES being selected by FSP_USE_REPO which is an invalid case
that needs to be avoided, so remove the board-level override of those
two options.

The ADD_FSP_BINARIES override in the mainboard's Kconfig caused this
option to not be selected when FSP_USE_REPO is selected. Remove the
override to fix this problem. These two boards are the only ones in tree
that had an override for this option, so now the ADD_FSP_BINARIES option
is only defined in drivers/intel/fsp2_0/Kconfig.

Objects that are created with acpigen need to be declared
with External () for the generation of dsdt.asl to pass
iasl without errors.
There are some objects that are common to all platforms,
and some that should be declared only conditionally.
Having a top-level ASL helps to achieve this.

UART pad configuration should not be done in common code, because that
may cause short circuits, when the user sets a wrong UART index. Thus,
add the corresponding pads to the early UART gpio table for the board as
a first step. Common UART pad config code then gets dropped in CB:48829.
Also switch to `bootblock_mainboard_early_init` to configure the pads in
early bootblock before console initialization, to make the console work
as early as possible. The board does not do any other gpio configuration
in bootblock, so this should not influence behaviour in a negative way
(e.g. breaking overrides).

Kconfig 4.17 started using the $(..) syntax for environment variable
expansion while we want to keep expansion to the build system.
Older Kconfig versions (like ours) simply drop the escapes, not
changing the behavior.
While we could let Kconfig expand some of the variables, that only
splits the handling in two places, making debugging harder and
potentially messing with reproducible builds (e.g. when paths end up
in configs), so escape them all.

This change moves all ACPI table support in coreboot currently living
under arch/x86 into common code to make it architecture
independent. ACPI table generation is not really tied to any
architecture and hence it makes sense to move this to its own
directory.
In order to make it easier to review, this change is being split into
multiple CLs. This is change 3/5 which basically is generated by
running the following command:
$ git grep -iIl "arch/acpi" | xargs sed -i 's/arch\/acpi/acpi\/acpi/g'

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

Everything is wrong here, the Kconfig symbols are only the tip of the
iceberg. Based on Kconfig prompts the SoC code performed pad configu-

the board schematics at hand.
As a mitigation, we remove the prompts for UART_DEBUG, which is renamed
to INTEL_LPSS_UART_FOR_CONSOLE (because the former didn't really say
what it's about), and for UART_FOR_CONSOLE in case the former is selec-
ted.

o removing duplication of LPC GPIO pads
o removing incorrect definitions from devicetree
o removing irrelevant entries from FMD file
Also adds vital defaults in Kconfig so it is possible to build an image.

Wacom I2C driver does the same thing as I2C HID driver, other than
defining macros for Wacom HID. Instead of maintaining two separate
drivers providing the same functionality, update all wacom devices to
use generic I2C HID driver.

Linux kernel expects that power management with ACPI should always be
handled using PowerResource. However, some kernel drivers (e.g. ELAN
touchscreen) check to see if reset gpio is passed in by the BIOS to
decide whether the device loses power in suspend. Thus, until the kernel
has a better way for drivers to query if device lost power in suspend,
we need to allow passing in of GPIOs via _CRS as well as exporting
PowerResource to control power to the device.
Update mainboards to export reset GPIO as well as PowerResource for
ELAN touchscreen device.

TEST=Verified that touchscreen works on power-on as well as after
suspend-resume.

This commit makes the initial changes to support the Intel Leaf Hill
CRB with Apollo Lake silicon. Memory parameters and some GPIOs are set.
The google/reef directory is used as a template, and the same IFWI
stitching process as reef is used to generate a bootable image.
Apollo Lake silicon requires a boot media region called IFWI which includes
assets such as CSE firmware, PMC microcode, CPU microcode, and boot
firmware.

This commit adds the initial scaffolding for the Intel Leafhill CRB
with Apollo Lake silicon.
The google/reef directory is used as a template. This commit only
makes the minimum changes to Kconfig and Kconfig.name needed for
the build bot to not have issues.
