INT_MODEL defined in ACPI 1.0 and renamed to reserved since V 2.0.
The value for this field is zero but 1 is allowed to maintain
compatibility with ACPI 1.0.
So set this value to zero as we are using greater version than ACPI 1.0.

not to mainboard.
So use macro to set them respectvely to "COREv4" and
"COREBOOT".

DSDT revision is =1 for ACPI v1 and =2 for greater ACPI version.
This will cause the AML interpreter to use 32-bit integers and math
if the version is 1, and 64-bit if the version is >=2.
Current spec version is 2 for ACPI 6.2-a.

In order to use the shared code in intelblock, this patch renames the
denverton specific implementation to not use the same names (for files
and types).
- rename pad_config to remove conflict with soc/.../intelblocks/gpio.h
- rename gpio.c, soc/gpio.h to not conflict with intelblock
Note: There is no functional change in this patch.

The Harcuvar CRB is a reference platform of Intel Atom C3000 SoC
("Denverton" and "Denverton-NS") for the communications segment/market.
The MohonPeak coreboot was used as the starting template with
additions/modifications from other Intel Apollo Lake/Skylake coreboot.
Tested with TianoCore payload (UDK2015) and Poky (Yocto
Project Reference Distro) 2.0 with kernel 4.1.8 booted from
SATA drive and external USB pendrive.
