2019-01-23	nb/intel/i945: Use parallel MP init	Arthur Heymans
	Use the parallel mp init path to initialize AP's. This should result in a moderate speedup. Tested on Intel D945GCLF (1 core 2 threads), still boots fine and is 26ms faster compared to lapic_cpu_init. This removes the option to disable HT siblings. 2017-09-23	mb//: Remove rtc nvram configurable baud rate	Arthur Heymans
	There have been discussions about removing this since it does not seem to be used much and only creates troubles for boards without defaults, not to mention that it was configurable on many boards that do not even feature uart. It is still possible to configure the baudrate through the Kconfig option.
