We define AGESA_LEGACY as an implementation of mainboard
that has its romstage main completely under mainboard/
directory. We have learnt from other platforms this approach
has several downsides when it comes to making platform-wide
improvements.
We start by creating per-family romstage.c file, which
boards will gradually take into use by removing the
AGESA_LEGACY Kconfig option we here apply to all of them.

We've actually got more warnings now than when I first tested IASL
warnings as errors. Because of this, I'm adding it with the option
to have it disabled, in hopes that things won't get any worse as we
work on fixing the IASL warnings that are currently in the codebase.
- Enable IASL warnings as errors
- Disable warnings as errors in mainboards that currently have warnings.
- Print a really obnoxious message on those platforms when they build.

***** Please fix the ASL for this platform. *****

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

Since USBDEBUG is not selected by this platform, there is no
benefit to selecting USBDEBUG_IN_ROMSTAGE in the mainboard
Kconfig. Further, using a 'select' for USBDEBUG_IN_ROMSTAGE
prevents the value from being modified by a user in menuconfig.

Implementation corrupts low-memory on S3 resume path, rendering
OS unstable. AMD was never able to pinpoint a revision that did
not have the issue.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

The Embedded Controller sits behind the LPC bridge and so needs
LPC decodes to be enabled.
Remove the LPC decode enable out of agesawrapper.c. The enable
is in fact done in: 'VOID FchInitResetLpcProgram(IN VOID *FchDataPtr)'
which writes the magic '0xFF03FFD5' to register 0x44 of the PCI 14.3
LPC Bridge to enable LPC decodes when HUDSON_LEGACY_FREE is not defined.

There are no reasons to not load ramstage @ 0x100000.
Boards with HAVE_ACPI_RESUME enabled have performance penalty in using
excessive RAMTOP. For these boards, this change releases 11 MiB of RAM from CBMEM allocation to OS.

Lines with 'select SERIAL_CPU_INIT' where redundant with the
default being yes. Since there is no 'unselect SERIAL_CPU_INIT'
possibility, invert the default and rename option.
This squelches Kconfig warnings about unmet dependencies.

CONFIG_ARCH is a property of the cpu or soc rather than a property of the
board. Hence, move ARCH_* from every single board to respective cpu or soc
Kconfigs. Also update abuild to ignore ARCH_ from mainboards.

The EC may disable some functionality, such as Caps Lock LED and
battery charging if it never receives a command to go in APM mode. If
we start it in APM mode, then immediately switch to ACPI mode, it will
not get its SCIs serviced until an ACPI OS boots. If its SCIs are not
serviced, it may assume the OS has hung.
The way we solve this is to initalize the EC in APM mode, and only
switch it to ACPI when an ACPI-capable OS issues the ACPI_ENABLE
command. The switch has to be handled in SMM.
Although we aren't yet processing SMIs from the EC, we are reading the
status in order to satisfy the EC that the event is handled.

This was a pathetically easy port, where all the components are
already supported. This is basically a verbatim copy of amd/parmer.
The EC is an ENE KB932, which is a part that does surprisingly little
for an EC. This also means we need almost no code to get it working.
I've "select"ed the EC in Kconfig, which is the only difference from
parmer, although the keyboard worked fine without it.
I haven't coupled in the ACPI code from the EC yet, so battery level
is not readable from the OS. Hotkeys work except for brightness
control, and the CapsLock LED blinks at regular intervals instead of
following the CapsLock key.
