	Fix the values that were off by one. This was discovered when using postcar stage that prints with debuglevel BIOS_NEVER. 2017-12-25	mb/hp: Add CMOS support for all HP Elitebook models	Iru Cai
	The cmos.layout files are copied from lenovo/x230 with EC options removed. It's tested on 8470p and the power_on_after_fail option works.
