- consolidate commonality in meowth and zoombini's SPD makefiles into
a common zoombini/spd/Makefile.inc
- move all SPD hex files into zoombini/spd directory
- move SPD_SOURCES definitions to variants/$(VARIANT_DIR)/Makefile.inc
