Windows (10/11) freaks out and generates an interrupt storm
if two ACPI devices are enabled and share an interrupt, even
when only one device is actually present. To mitigate this,
mark Peppy's interrupts as Shared rather than the default
of Exclusive.
Test: build/boot Windows 10 on Peppy, observe normal CPU
usage in Task Manager for System Interrupts task when
touchpad in use.

With this change, only raminit.c uses pei_data.h definitions. With MRC
cornered, making it optional is just a matter of writing a replacement.
USB config definitions will be moved to Lynx Point code in a follow-up.
Tested on Asrock B85M Pro4, still boots and still resumes from S3.

Do not use the same name as the non-LP GPIO config. This allows checking
at build-time that a mainboard uses the correct GPIO config format.
Without this commit, there are no build-time errors when using the wrong
format of GPIO config, but there would be undefined behavior at runtime.
Tested by trying to build asrock/b85m_pro4 and hp/folio_9480m after
toggling the `INTEL_LYNXPOINT_LP` Kconfig option (and trimming down the
USB config arrays for asrock/b85m_pro4). In both cases, building failed
because the necessary GPIO config global is not defined, as expected.

Mainboards do not need to know about `pei_data` to tell northbridge code
where to find the SPD data. Adjust `mb_get_spd_map` to take a pointer to
a struct instead of an array, and update all the mainboards accordingly.
Currently, the only board with memory-down in the tree is google/slippy.
Mainboard code now obtains the SPD index in `mb_get_spd_map` and adjusts
the channel population accordingly. Then, northbridge code reads the SPD
file and uses the index that was read in `mb_get_spd_map`, and copies it
to channel 0 slot 0 unconditionally. MRC only uses the first position of
the `spd_data` array, and ignores the other positions. In coreboot code,
`setup_sdram_meminfo` uses the data of each SPD index, so `copy_spd` has
to account for this.
Tested on Asrock B85M Pro4, still boots and still resumes from S3.

MRC only uses the SPD data for the first index, and ignores the rest.
Moreover, index 1 corresponds to the second DIMM on the first channel,
which does not exist on ULT (only one DIMM per channel is supported).
Copy the SPD to the first DIMM on channel 1 instead. Adjust northbridge
code to retrieve the serial number from the correct SPD data block.
Tested on Google Wolf, both channels are still correctly detected.

Use global variables to provide mainboard USB settings, and have the
northbridge code copy it into the `pei_data` struct. For now.
To minimize diffstat noise, this patch does not reindent the now-global
mainboard USB configuration arrays. This is cleaned up in a follow-up.

There are multiple different devicetree setting formats for graphics
panel settings present in coreboot. Replace the ones for the platforms
that already have (mostly) unified gma/graphics setup code by a unified
struct in the gma driver. Hook it up in HSW, BDW, SKL, and APL and adapt
the devicetrees accordingly.
Always ensure that values don't overflow by applying appropriate masks.
The remaining platforms implementing panel settings (GM45, i945, ILK and
SNB) can be migrated later after unifying their gma/graphics setup code.

For easier review of the switch to a new register struct in the
follow-up change, the panel delay times get converted from destination
register raw format to milliseconds representation in this change.
Formula for conversion of power cycle delay:
gpu_panel_power_cycle_delay_ms =
(gpu_panel_power_cycle_delay - 1) * 100
Formula for all others:
gpu_panel_power_X_delay_ms = gpu_panel_power_X_delay / 10
The register names gain a suffix `_ms` and calculation of the
destination register raw values gets done in gma code now.

This patch renames cbfs_boot_map_with_leak() and cbfs_boot_load_file()
to cbfs_map() and cbfs_load() respectively. This is supposed to be the
start of a new, better organized CBFS API where the most common
operations have the most simple and straight-forward names. Less
commonly used variants of these operations (e.g. cbfs_ro_load() or
cbfs_region_load()) can be introduced later. It seems unnecessary to
keep carrying around "boot" in the names of most CBFS APIs if the vast
majority of accesses go to the boot CBFS (instead, more unusual
operations should have longer names that describe how they diverge from
the common ones).
cbfs_map() is paired with a new cbfs_unmap() to allow callers to cleanly
reap mappings when desired. A few new cbfs_unmap() calls are added to
generic code where it makes sense, but it seems unnecessary to introduce
this everywhere in platform or architecture specific code where the boot
medium is known to be memory-mapped anyway. In fact, even for
non-memory-mapped platforms, sometimes leaking a mapping to the CBFS
cache is a much cleaner solution than jumping through hoops to provide
some other storage for some long-lived file object, and it shouldn't be
outright forbidden when it makes sense.
Additionally, remove the type arguments from these function signatures.
The goal is to eventually remove type arguments for lookup from the
whole CBFS API. Filenames already uniquely identify CBFS files. The type
field is just informational, and there should be APIs to allow callers
to check it when desired, but it's not clear what we gain from forcing
this as a parameter into every single CBFS access when the vast majority
of the time it provides no additional value and is just clutter.

Drop duplicated code for spd.bin generation that is provided globally
in lib/Makefile.inc.
For all affected boards it has been verified that the output binary
functionally matches the original one. The changed execution order of
Make instructions influenced the cbfs file order. Hence, the rom images
can't be compared directly.
Thus, the output files of the two timeless abuild runs have been compared.
Further, it was verified that the final files in cbfs stay identical, by
comparing the extracted cbfs of each board.
The boards (possibly) needing modification could be found with something
like this (with false positives, though):
find src/mainboard -name Makefile.inc | \
xargs egrep 'SPD_BIN|SPD_DEPS' | cut -d: -f1 | sort -u

The WDB (Write Data Buffer) is a data region in CAR, used as a
scratchpad in the read and write training algorithms of memory
initialization. Both SNB and IVB use this buffer, but HSW does not.
Unlike earlier chipsets, Haswell contains much more in-hardware memory
training machinery, known as REUT (Robust Electrical Unified Testing).
Among other changes, the REUT hardware has a pattern storage buffer,
which renders the need for a pattern storage buffer in CAR obsolete.
Deprecate the WDB-related parameters in the pei_data structure for
Haswell, as they are leftovers from the previous generation's MRC.
Remove them from the mainboards, and explain why they are not required.
Because the MRC ABI has to remain the same, the layout of pei_data must
not be changed, so rename the WDB parameters instead of deleting them.
Tested on Asrock B85M Pro4, still boots with the MRC from Google Wolf.

Further backport the backlight-PWM handling from Skylake. Beside
configuring the PWM frequency in Hz, we also use the PCH's logic
for the brightness setting via BLM_PCH_OVERRIDE_ENABLE. Linux
would toggle it anyway and that might confuse our ASL code.
We assume that the 183Hz value that was set before for Slippy
variants was overridden by Linux with the 200Hz VBT value, like
it was for the Broadwell Chromebooks. So we set 200Hz for them
in the devicetrees. The calculated value for the T440p of 220Hz
seems sane and also matches the VBT.

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

Recent changes to the Atmel touchscreen driver in the mainline
kernel broke functionality with devices running upstream coreboot,
due relying on another driver (chromeos_laptop) which makes the
assumption that the i2c devices are be in PCI mode (as with the
stock Google firmware) rather than in ACPI mode as they are in
upstream coreboot.
Mitigate this by adding the required devicetree property so the
Atmel toushcreen driver will correctly attach without the use
of chromeos_laptop.
Test: build/boot peppy on 4.18+ kernel, verify touchscreen working

The HDA verb for falco/wolf's internal mic was wrong, preventing the mic
from working properly in Windows and macOS (the Linux driver overrides
the verb table, so wasn't affected). Set the verb connector/jack bits
properly, to no connector / no jack detect, in order to fix.
Also, make (2) small non-functional fixes:
On falco, NID 0x1A was being disabled twice (instead of 0x1A and 0x1B
both being disabled - copy/paste error).
On wolf, NID 0x19 was set to an internal analog mic, where it should have
been disabled (again, copy/paste error).
Both these errors were introduced when consolidating/upstreaming
and were not present in the original Chromium sources.
Test: boot Windows [8/8.1/10] and verify mic functional with Realtek
drivers on both falco and wolf.
