2024-04-15	mb/google/skyrim: Increase SMMSTORE size to 256K	Matt DeVillier
	Anything below 128K will cause SMMSTORE driver in edk2 to fail, since a minimum of (2) 64K blocks are needed. Increase the size to 256K to match other boards in the tree. TEST=build/boot skyrim (frostflow) with SMMSTORE enabled. 	Select the config to separate the AMDFW binary from the verified boot section. BUG=b:203597980 TEST=Build Skyrim BIOS image and boot to OS with PSP verstage passing the hash table and PSP verifying the binaries against the hash table. Observe boot time improvement of ~120 ms while operating SPI bus at 66 MHz with PSP verstage enabled. 	The APOB data in DRAM is larger than the 96 kBytes of RW_MRC_CACHE, so it won't fit in the flash and makes soc_update_apob_cache return early before writing the APOB data from DRAM into the flash with this warning: [WARN ] RAM APOB data is too large 1db18 > 18000 Increasing the RW_MRC_CACHE size to 120 kByte fixes this.
