2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2015-04-08	tegra132: Change all SoC headers to <soc/headername.h> system	Julius Werner

2015-03-13	Use a common boardid.h instead of per board copies	Vadim Bendebury
	There is no point in duplicating boardid.h per board - they are all the same. Let's keep a single instance in the common include directory and let the linker report a problem if one tries using this function on a board where it is not supported.
