2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2015-04-08	tegra132: Change all SoC headers to <soc/headername.h> system	Julius Werner
	This patch aligns tegra132 to the new SoC header include scheme. Also alphabetized headers in affected files since we touch them anyway. BUG=None TEST=Tested with whole series. Compiled Rush_Ryu. 2015-03-13	Use a common boardid.h instead of per board copies	Vadim Bendebury
	There is no point in duplicating boardid.h per board - they are all the same. Let's keep a single instance in the common include directory and let the linker report a problem if one tries using this function on a board where it is not supported.
