They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example: - What's a "Copyright $year-present"? - Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current copyright holder? - People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even though they only deleted stuff - Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year, because why not? - Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"? - Or "Generated Code"? Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead and use the git history to deal with the rest. There is some overlap between romstage and bootblock. LPC setup and BAR initialization is now done twice. The rationale is that the romstage should not depend too much on the bootblock, since it can reside in a RO fmap region. Enabling the console will be done in a followup patch. 2015-03-30Update hex values to CBFS binary name types in MakefilesMartin Roth
These binaries were being added to CBFS using hexadecimal values instead of the CBFS binary type names. The same value was being used in different places for different things. For example, the value 0xAB is used for SPDs, MRC & FSP binaries. This patch uses CBFS type names instead of hex values everywhere a hex value was previously used. spd.bin can reside anywhere in CBFS, and we only use CBFS APIs to access and read it. As such, there is no need to hardcode it, and it can collide with mrc.bin or mrc.cache on some boards. 2013-03-19link/graphics: add functions to support aux channel communicationsRonald G. Minnich
For full integration of FUI into coreboot, we need aux channel communcations. The intel_dp.c is a file taken from Linux and is used for aux channel comms. This file has been cut down to work with coreboot. For now it is associated with the link mainboard until we get a better handle on how this all fits together.
