There are four requirements for the SMI to hit a printk()
this commit now removes.
Build must have DEBUG_SMI=y, otherwise any printk() is a no-op
inside SMM.
ASL must have a TRAP() with argument 0x99 or 0x32 for SMIF value.
Platform needs to have IO Trap #3 enabled at IO 0x800.
The SMI monitor must call io_trap_handler for IO Trap #3.
At the moment, only getac/p470 would meet the above criteria
with TRAP(0x32) in its DSDT _INI method. The ASL ignores any
return value of TRAP() calls made.
A mainboard IO trap handler should have precedence over
a southbridge IO trap handler. At the moment we seem to have
no cases of the latter to support, so remove the latter.

Move `CROS_GPIO_DEVICE_NAME` to a new `chromeos.h` header, because
Lynxpoint uses a different value. Also drop unnecessary includes.
Tested with BUILD_TIMELESS=1, Google Tidus remains identical.

This change moves all ACPI table support in coreboot currently living
under arch/x86 into common code to make it architecture
independent. ACPI table generation is not really tied to any
architecture and hence it makes sense to move this to its own
directory.
In order to make it easier to review, this change is being split into
multiple CLs. This is change 3/5 which basically is generated by
running the following command:
$ git grep -iIl "arch/acpi" | xargs sed -i 's/arch\/acpi/acpi\/acpi/g'

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

The mainboard_smi_sleep() function takes ACPI sleep values
of the form S3=3, S4=4, S5=5, etc. All the chipsets ensure
that whatever hardware PM1 control register values are used
the interface to the mainboard is the same. Move all the
SMI handlers in the mainboard directory to not open code
the literal values 3 and 5 for ACPI_S3 and ACPI_S5.
There were a few notable exceptions where the code was
attempting to use the hardware values and not the common
translated values. The few users of SLEEP_STATE_X were
updated to align with ACPI_SX as those defines are
already equal. The removal of SLEEP_STATE_X defines is
forthcoming in a subsequent patch.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.
